This training course provides an understanding of the practical application of the FSSC 22000 that includes ISO 22000:2005 (FSMS), PAS 220/PAS 223 and the essentials of effective auditing. This will enable the candidates to obtain the necessary knowledge and skills to be able to undertake effective audits of Food Safety System Certification. This will assist the candidate in implementing Food Safety, HACCP Management Systems, PAS 220/PAS 223 documentation and ensuring it meets the organizations objectives. It involves putting the candidates through a practical and effective auditors program.
This course is designed to enable participants to understand, develop and implement an in house Food Safety System Certification audit program. This program contains guidelines on setting up FSSC audit teams, conducting FSMS audits and documentation and reporting procedures.
The ‘FSSC Internal Auditor Training Course’ is carried out over two consecutive days with a final examination at the conclusion of the course. The course is a fully interactive multimedia course that will be presented in English.
